- Retreats will be offered
throughout the year and are a
great way to get the benefits of a
group in one day. Retreats are not
intended for severe clinical cases,
but rather as a way to connect,
learn, and grow with a group of
individuals who share the same
therapy goals. Retreats are not
covered by insurance. Stay tuned!
- Retreats
- Individual sessions offer a treatment plan individualized to the client. These can be billed through insurance or private pay and are offered in-person or telehealth. These are offered at 25, 40, or 55 minutes. A superbill can be provided to the payor to submit to insurance if needed.
- Individual
- Groups are offered during various
times throughout the year. Groups
consist of 4-10 clients and last
between 5-8 weeks depending on
the developmental stage. The
duration of each session is
determined by the developmental
stage as well. Groups can be billed
through insurance or private pay
rates. A superbill can be provided
to the payor to submit to
insurance if needed.

Bethany is the owner of PCBH. Her desire to open a practice that
specializes in children came from the struggles she and her husband
faced to find therapy for one of their own children in 2016. It was then
that Bethany re-enrolled to complete her Bachelors and take the
necessary steps to live out this dream. She has a Bachelors in
Psychology with a minor in child and adolescent development from
Ashford University. Bethany began her career at the affiliate location of
FLC as an intern August of 2020, then graduated August of 2021 with a
Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of
the Cumberlands. Bethany works with children and adolescents with
various clinical needs including trauma, aggression, and mood
disorders, but also has experience with autism, ADHD, and special
needs. Bethany uses a variety of therapeutic interventions including,
but not limited to play, art, and CBT.
- Bethany lives outside the metro-east with her husband and three sons.
She is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, National Certified
Counselor, Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, and brainspotting
practitioner. Bethany is currently earning a PhD in Psychology with a
specialization in counseling through Northcentral University.
